Sample Policy
Sample Availability
- Free sample for stock products (shipping cost to be paid by customer)
- Custom samples: charged at production cost, refundable upon bulk order
- Sample lead time: 7–10 days for existing designs; 15–20 days for fully custom
How to Order a Sample
- 1. Send inquiry with product model or drawing
- 2. Proforma invoice issued for sample & shipping cost
- 3. Production and quality check
- 4. Delivery via DHL/FedEx (tracking provided)
Note: Sample fee will be fully deducted from your first bulk order. We also offer free sample shipping for first-time clients ordering over 500 pieces.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock products, MOQ is 100 pieces per model. For custom designs, MOQ can be negotiated based on complexity.
Can you print our logo on the mirror or packaging?
Yes, we offer laser engraving, silk screen printing, and custom packaging with your brand logo. MOQ for branding is 300 pieces.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a strict quality control system: incoming material inspection, in-process check, and 100% final inspection before packing. All products pass salt spray test and impact test.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For any quality issues, we will replace or refund promptly.
